            One word to best describe this company is GRIMEY. This so called brokerage assigned us a load to move. After deadheading 4 hours my driver makes it to pick up on time in fact super earlier then his 6:00 appointment he checked in with the shipper was told you have to wait for your appointment time he said okay he is waiting when he went back a few hours later to check in make sure everything was good he was told another driver took this load. SIX STAR had double brokered this load to 2 different carriers. When I told them that they said they would pay a truck no use fee of 200 and 6 hours detention. When I called a few days later to request that rate con I was told to contact them by email as I did. Then after 2 weeks I kept trying to call the company they kept giving me the run around hanging up the phone on me, leaving me on hold for hours with no intention to answer. After that I emailed them again and I got a response back saying the truck no use fee was not approved. With no reason. They simply don't want to pay their dues. I certainly will take them to court.

            Six Star Truck Brokers is a fraud company. Everything seems legit but they do not pay for loads. They have given me over 3 months run round and still have not paid. They claimed they mailed my check. They only have answered few of my emails to tell me lies. No one answers their phones. I will be taking them to court. This is ridiculous how these people stay in business.
