I rented a apartment from Norbourne estate for a couple of years. When I left the apartment complex I left the apartment in good condition the way they gave it to me. I didn't change the cover under the eye of the stoves, i just forgot but look in the store it only 14.99 for the set and than the charge me for 3 blinds . Which they shouldn't have because they were old and dry rotted. But that still want equal up to my deposit. I move out in september of last year. I called several time and ask them where is my deposit and they gave me the running around said the corporate number is on their website and it not. I had several people to look on the website and see if they can find corporate number. We can not find it. I called several time and she refuse to give me corporate number talking about she don't know it but she can email them. Refuse number and email. and they said it nothing that they can do it all up to corporate but refuse to give me the number or email. They have been giving me the running around for so long. a year is about to come up. I gave them my deposit and return the apartment back the way they gave it to me and I want my deposit back. Loanna keep on coming up with excuse after excuse, how you don't know your own corporate information. So there no way I can get in contact with them and see where is my money. It is not right., this has been the worst place I ever stayed at. they don't never fix nothing and they will send the maintenance man come and look and alway have an excuse talking about he over work and got to do this and that with no help. the maintenance man finally quit. The live with black stuff coming out of the water for months. and when he went to go fix it , it was still coming at the toilet. The person who is running it doesn't care in my opinion. She sitting worry about my boyfriend truck park at but she has drug dealer all around the apartment. that what I don't get. help please if you can.
