My trailer was destroyed in Hurricane ******. Needed camper to live in. Was nervous as hadn't bought one before. *** Clark referred me to brother **** Clark for a camper. Said he'd take care of me, 50 yrs in business. Found fifth whl. **** turned power on, said NEVER leaked and everything worked. It was delivered in the evening but NO KEYS. Next morning I noticed water dripping from AC on roof THROUGH back wall to concrete. Sent video to him. No response. Reminded him of ************* Gave me some ** about the keys but he'd find them. No keys to date. Rained about a week later (for first time in months) over a weekend. The fifth wheel was leaking like a sieve. Took videos. Put bin under leak in kitchen. Ceiling coming apart & bowing from water & black mold. Leaking through shower light, fan & black mold showing on both fixtures. Leaking in bedroom & from carpet by bed from unknown source. Smelled horribly of mold. Videos on all. Called ****. He said that it didn't leak but "sometimes when you move campers that happens" WHAT??? They're built to be moved!!! He agreed to exchange it but no refund as my money was "gone" as he used it to buy a bar. WHAT?? The guy has tons of assets. Agreed to exchange and I picked out a few using his salesperson ******. ****** said **** never checks the campers for leaks or anything before he sells them. I was told I couldn't exchange for anything that was consignment as **** doesn't have the cash to pay the consigners. Selected two & talked to ****. He told me NO on one & the other he said I'd have to put more money down, WHAT???? His prices are very high as well. I just want my money back or a decent exchange. THEN after the ** about no money he took the week off & went on vacation to Daytona Bike Week!!! Meanwhile, Im now homeless camping in toxic ruined trailer with tarps for walls & no heat/air. Said I wouldn't pay a dime on his financing until resolved videos:************************************************************************

We signed a consignment contract on July 27, 2020 with Paul Clark Enterprises (PCE) for the sale of our 2013 THOR Palazzo RV. On August 31, 2020/September 1, 2020 an addendum to our original contract was signed by all parties to allow our RV to be moved to Lake Charles, LA for sale there. During the time our RV was in Louisiana, my husband spoke many times with Mr. C., asking for updates, etc. Mr. C. mentioned on December 7, 2020 that the awning was left down and had been ripped by winds. Mr. C. said that someone from PCE would order the material and parts necessary to fix the awning. We requested that our RV be returned to Florida in mid-March 2021. In April we met with Mary C., Mr. C.'s sister and Office Manager, and voiced our concerns about the awning not being fixed. She assured us that they were working on getting the necessary materials. She suggested that we allow the RV to be taken to auction at the Manheim Auction in Lakeland, FL. We agreed and the RV was auctioned three times unsuccessfully from May 19 to June 2, 2021. We picked the RV up from PCE on June 9, 2021. We sent a letter via USPS to Mr. C. on June 11, 2021 that detailed additional damage that we found and missing items. We stated in the letter that it was our intent to have the RV fixed by an authorized dealer, make the payment for the repairs, and submit the paid invoices to Mr. C. for reimbursement. We took the RV to TravelCamp in Ocala, FL. Their inspection found that, in addition to the damages we were aware of, the transfer switch and leveling pad were inoperable. On October 1, 2021 we sent another letter to PCE that explained all the repairs and included copies of the invoices that we paid. We felt that some of the work done by TravelCamp was our responsibility, i.e., change of transmission fluid, and only requested payment for damages done to the RV while it was in Mr. C.'s possession. We have not heard from Mr. C./PCE. Thank you!
