Just got off the phone. Just mean, awful, rude. Would not talk to me I asked for opinions he was mean and said “no” I’m marking your account as refusal to pay and hung up on me. I didn’t get a word in. The BBB needs to investigate about client abuse. And refusal to give me any option (like making payments,) I feel sorry for anyone that has to work with these “people “

I agree with all the comments. They are very rude an treat you like dirt. They charge you unrealistic fees and are not willing to negotiate under any circumstance. They practically called me a liar. I don't know how they got an A- rate not very professional. I would give them an FReview from Sam W

Very horrible and rude company. They speak to you disrespectfully even when youre trying to simply negotiate and get an understanding. Their goal is the money and I get that, but the fact that the vacation rentals are not honest about the perks and benefits; makes the collectors upset when you try to give them a backstory of what occurred to get better help. Absolutely a terrible business. They charge close to 28% APR for debt on timeshares. Timeshares are a scam all in themselves but Aspen adds insult to injury. They will harass you and charge you so much that it's almost impossible to pay it off without an extra 40% of the amount due. I can't adequately express how much I despise this predatory piece of garbage company.
