            Terrible customer relationship. Took excess money above contract stated and 9 months later have gotten so many excuses why things have not been done. Asked for excess money to be returned and was told it would be sent to our bank by end of week. Next week no money returned and next excuse was they don't bank locally so having hard time setting up with their bank to do the transfer. Several licenses recorded according to records but license on contract does not show for Florida at this time. Also stated what plans would cost but this also was above contract stated amount. Was suppose to get copy of plans but yet to receive after we were told they were done months ago. Several emails several different answers. Should have read contract more throughly and sought an attorney before signing. Have seen attorney now and was told that this company has so many loop holes to cover their butts but we should be able to get the large amount we were told via email the day prior to them coming to the house was required but way above contract amount. As stated above we have Excuse excuses excuses. Since not BBB company the next stop is Tallahassee

            This unfortunately was during covid. The plans did take way too long. Money was returned. We did not use any loop holes in a contract because the state of goods and timelines weren't anyone's fault. (but covids) But could not be helped. I dont understand why you would say ***** is not on license as he is. It was just a horrible time to do projects. There was no reason for ***********?? That makes no sense. Everything was settled.
