If I could give it a 0 I would. We have been driving all day and needed a nice hotel to stay at. We chose Quality Inn & Suites (30307 Cortez Blvd, Brooksville, FL 34602) to stay at for the night so we can continue our trip in the morning. As soon as we got to the room, we were trying to find the light switches to turn on the lights. To our discover we found what looks like mice poop and filth in the corner where the chair was. Then we went to lay down and read a Bible story to our kids before they went to sleep but there was a huge hole in the Bible. This really ticked me off. We also had to set the clock ourselves so we could set the alarm to get up. We were bout to go to sleep when my son yelled and pointed to the wall "an animal!" To my disgusted there was a lizard on the wall, it had ran in a big crack in the celling. Through the night you can hear the lizard(s) crawling around behind the headboards which kept us up most of the night. The next morning, we got up and made coffee, the coffee pot wasn't working well and only made about an ounce or two of coffee. we started to packing to head out then the coffee pot fell over with nobody around all over our phones, we quickly grabbed towels to clean it up. We packed up and went to the front desk and told a lady that was working there what all happened. She got my number and told me the GM Manager would call soon. Few hours has passed and no call so I called to check up and a guy answered. He was so rude, he hung up me. Finally got a call back from the GM just to be accused of us making the damages that we did not do. He didn't even listen to a single complaint I had, just kept accusing me. He said he would get with his cleanup crew and call me back that he never did. He also try to say there is no crack in the ceiling. We had a horrible experience with this hotel and employee/GM rudeness. Why would we go down to the front desk and turn ourselves in from damages if we did it?
