      Got a free trial to website tried reaching out to cancel. Several emails bounced back then got a bill. Replied again to cancel and they did cancel however 1 day prior they charged me *****. I DO NOT want the monthly subscription to their site. I logged in to try and cancel and could not. Left phone messages as well (always a recording). They did say in the video I'd get a reminder and did not. I do not want the service and want a refund. No one will respond to me again when I am asking for a refund. I am not suing the site. A person named ***** responded offering me yet again a free trial and I replied saying I DO NOT WANT it or anything to please give me a refund. Nothing. It has been plenty of time for a response and nothing.

      Hello,

      Below you will find the response sent to ********************* regarding this situation. I have also attached evidence that shows ********************* did not make contact until after her 60-day trial period had expired and 2 days after her billing date *for the product she agreed to* took place. Generally given that this is a digital service and we offer a lengthy trial period, we do not offer refunds. However we went ahead and make an exception to help ********************* avoid conflict in her household over it. Please let me know any further steps we need to take on our end. Thanks!

      Hello *********,

      My name is ***** and I am Dr. Johnson's director here at Keith Johnson International. I am writing you in response to the letter you filed with the BBB, regarding your 83K Society invoice. I spent multiple hours in the past week gathering information and investigating your claims, and from what I have found the first contact from you requesting a cancellation of service was on May 22nd, 2023 in the form of a voicemail at 10:28 am EST with an additional email sent to our office on May 22nd, 2023 at 2:41 PM EST. *You will find copies of the email and voicemail attached to this email.* 

      Your account was effectively canceled on May 22nd, 2023 at 4:40 PM EST *Please see attached picture for reference*. That is a turn-around time of less than 6 hours from your request of cancellation to the completion of said request. As our products are digital, we do not offer refunds on said products. ******* informed you as such in the email which she sent you on May 26th, 2023 at 7:06 AM. On May 31st, 2023 ******* received another email from you demanding a refund, stating that your husband was upset with you and claiming that multiple calls were made *simply untrue* and emails bounced back *I could find no evidence of any email sent to our office prior to the May 22nd email stating above*. 

      As a final note, I am not sure how or where you had gotten my name but at no time have I ever sent you a message offering you any free trials or offers. This is the first time in which you are receiving an email from me. Some of these claims in your letter are slanderous and completely false backed by the attached evidence I have provided. I will be presenting all of the attached evidence to the BBB. Per Dr. Johnson's request, I have instructed the team to make an exception to our policy and issue a refund as this clearly caused some disarray amongst your household. 

      However also please note as you chose to make personal allegations against me in your complaint that are untrue, I ask that you clear that up with the BBB representative in which is handling your complaint. Thanks

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      Although all the communications she states I did not open was not communication it was their program. I will reply and I did have screen prints of emails not going through to them. It's a moot point now and I appreciate the refund. I guess I need to somehow tape their video but didn't have the means to do so.
