            Where I live we are being charged for items not in our lease agreement! The company has been through many property managers and no one seems to be able to get ahold of anyone to resolve this issue! We're not able to subtract the amount on our monthly bill! I understand that $6.70 for a utility surcharge doesn't seem like a lot but for people that are on ssdi and said it's a lot! And also my lawn hasn't been completely moved but yet they charge me for a month of lawn maintenance of $14.20! I am not the only one who is having these issues with this company! Every month it seems to be something else they want us to pay for! We recently had water meters installed but yet they haven't been reading the meters and charge us all what they want to charge us! Like I said we are people that don't have extra money to pay for other people's services or mistakes! Please help us get our money back please! All of our water bills doubled in amount for the last few months...but we have water meters that's not being read! We don't know what to do anymore! If we don't pay our rent bill then we get charged...but only what they want us to pay...which is in dispute!

            This place is horrible and is nothing but a scam I bought the trailer from them on October 6th they met me took my money they charged me fees for title transfers taxes state taxes county taxes and for the trailer in which I paid I moved in 2 weeks later they came to me to sign a lease for my lot that I am renting where the trailer is that I bought. I was told I would receive a title from the *** in the mail 3 months ago I have yet to receive anything when contacting them and asking them where my title is I get a runaround every time I'm starting to begin there isn't even a title to begin with on top of that in my lease nowhere does it say that I am to be charged for lawn service yet every month I'm being charged for lawn service and here's the kicker it's going up every month and I have yet to see anybody come service my lawn.
