Hi hired mighty mobile services to put in a drainage field in my backyard. After several times of not showing up when he said he was going to be here I called him to ask him why he is not coming to do the work. Each time I spoke with him, he made an excuse, that other people were waiting for him to do work for them. He did eventually make it and put a drainage field in. It rained the next day and the piping from the drainage field floated to the top and the rocks that were covering. It floated to the bottom . When I called him, I sent him pictures of this. He told me to buy three packages of cement, and edging. And I did that. Its been three weeks. He hasnt showed up five times that he said he was going to show up. I texted him and he kept on telling me **** be here tomorrow. Tomorrow never came. I called him and asked him when he was going to fix the drainage field. And once again, he said tomorrow. He called me and told me its not his problem that this happened. And he has pain customers that he is doing work for. I told him I am a paying customer and he needs to fix this. He then started yelling at me, and just telling me its not his problem.So now I have paid him, and I am going to have to hire somebody to fix his work. I am very dissatisfied, he is very disrespectful. *** never seen anybody run a business as badly and treat people horribly as much as he did to me.If I could have given him negative stars I would have.

Unfortunately, after the work was completed, to the customer's complete satisfaction, we were surprised by Hurricane ******. The job that Mighty Mobile Services was paid to do, was fulfilled.  As a courtesy, I offered to come by and try to see if there was anything additional I could do to fix this massive drainage problem ***************************** was having from her downspout. I offered to come between paying customers. Nothing I said or did was to her satisfaction. Not to mention, she was calling after the storm at 4 a.m. to help her with a generator issue. At no point when I was there addressing the generator did she mention the drainage issue. I texted her and advised her that I would be there. She became irate and told me to stay off of her property. That was the way the conversation ended. Hurricane ****** came on August 30th, and ***************************** has not given me the courtesy of at least 30 days to help fix an issue that was caused by a natural disaster. She paid me once the job was completed, which means she was happy with the work performed. I am willing to help rectify her issue and see if there is anything additional I can do for her. I hope we can come to a resolution so both parties are satisfied.

I did pay once the job was completed. We did not get hit badly with the hurricane. We just got a lot of rain. And the drainage pipe should not have floated to the top above the rocks if it was done correctly. He did not stand behind his work. he had no intention to come and fix anything, because he said he would be over tomorrow three times never showed up. And to tell me he has paying customers to take care of is the reason hes not showing up. Im a paying customer, he did not do a very good job if the pipe floated upward . I wonder if he treats all of his customers this way. I dont like people who lie. So basically, he has my money, and I have to find someone who will fix the work he was supposed to do.

******** I really would like to thank you for the review. I was willing to come out and correct the situation. I wish nothing but for both parties to come out of this situation satisfied. Last conversation we had you became irate and asked me to stay off your property. As a new business owner I am thankful for your business. I would like to reiterate that a hurricane came and damaged the work that was done to everyone's satisfaction. Again, I hope we can resolve this issue.   

I told you to stay off the property because you were degrading me, and then you werent going to make it right, because if you were going to make it right, you wouldnt of kept on telling me you were going to be here tomorrow, Ill be there tomorrow, Ill be there tomorrow. Tomorrow never came. I just had a lot of rain from the hurricane, I did not get hit by the hurricane. You did not stand behind your work, and thats why I am upset. I paid you, and you treated me horribly. I had to hire somebody else to fix your work. You should refund me my money because I had to pay somebody else to finish your work. I hope you treat your customers better than you treated me. Even a new business owner has the common sense not to put down their customer. You are referred to me by someone I trusted. I dont hold that against her. But she wont refer you to anybody else because of the way you treated me.
