The ** Roof Specialist quoted me $2400 to repair all leaks and seal my roof. I agreed to this price and the job was done. He kept referencing we when talking about his company. I assumed he had a team of workers.He arrived in an SUV with a small ladder, alone, and a couple of buckets of already opened product. He was only here about 4 hours, he said a roof my size was probably 2 trips. ******* has not seen significant rain since the job was done until now and guess what? The roof still leaks and he doesnt return my calls. What about about my 100% warranty? Hes a thief, and judging by the complaints he knows it since he doesnt return calls.I want my $2400 back. To fix my ceiling where the water continues to come in will cost twice as much now. He also claims to be a specialist HE WALKED ON *******. You dont walk on a mobile home roof. He needs to pay for whatever damage he did.Initial Complaint

I was quoted $500 from **** Perry to seal my RV roof with Lifetime Warranty 100% Silicone. So I had him come out and paid him to do the job. Then a couple weeks later we had a company come out and trim some branches. A small branch fell and made 2 dime sized scuffs in the coating. So afterwards I text **** asking him what product he used and he sent me a picture of Lanco CoolGuard which is Acrylic Urethane. So I messaged him back and said my wife and I would like for you to come out and apply the Lifetime Warranty 100% Silicone that you quoted me and paid for. He then replied I used Apoc 576. So I was able to get 1 gallon of the Apoc 576 and applied it to two 1 foot by 8 foot sections on the roof per Apoc directions and let it dry 24 hours. so after 24 hours I looks at the Apoc 576 coating that I applied and it looked totally different than what he applied. So I contacted **** and sent them pictures of what he applied and of the Apoc 576 that I applied and they said what he applied looks like Acrylic Urethane. So I contacted **** and sent him the picture and told him what **** said and he got ****** because he said I questioned his integrity. He then said I quoted you a low price to begin with. So at that point I asked how much for you to come out and apply the Apoc 576. He then stop responding to my calls and texts. So I called him from a different phone number and he answered. While talking to him he said he is done with me and will not come back out.I have pictures and text to to and from him to support my case. Plus I have texts from Apoc stating it looks like he used Acrylic 576. Plus you can see where the Apoc 576 I applied is shiny and beading the water.We originally wanted him to come back out and do the job we paid for with the product he quoted but now we want a refund.
