    I purchase a transmission from monster transmission in **********, ******* I paid $2500 order number ******. When I receive the transmission I had my mechanic put it in my vehicle and was told the transmission was junk. I had a warranty.I tried several times with no success to return the transmission I followed all their protocol on what they needed and pulled out all the forms. Now its been three weeks and every time I email them or phone them there is no response I am still waiting for this transmission to be picked up. Would appreciate any help. Thank you

    I spent $4,500 on a transmission that I was told was in stock and ready to ship. A transmission that's originally advertised for $2,500 and being able to support 600hp however it won't be good for 600hp unless you buy another $2,000 worth of parts. So I did. A week later after not receiving any calls, texts or emails I reached out only to discover my order is three weeks to a month out. I immediately cancelled the order. I tried being polite but they continue to act like nothing is wrong. I've asked several times for a refund only to be ignored or given an excuse. The customer service is aggravating. I gave them $4,500 and that's all they care about. Then there's a 25% cancellation fee. How can they charge this fee for an order that never had any parts ordered? It's all on paperwork nothing has been ordered. I wouldn't be surprised if they do order some parts just so they can charge the fee. All they had to do was refund my money. They probably spent it the same day and can't afford a refund because they don't have any money.
