July 15, 2021 - I sent my home plans to Hitek Truss to have them quoted and to start the order for the delivery of my truss package. I was told that it will take approximately 1-2 weeks to have my truss package quoted and a total of 4-6 weeks for my trusses to be manufactured and delivered to my job site. The order number for my truss are #****. August 2021 - I contacted Hitek Truss regarding the status of my truss order #**** and I was told that I should be receiving a quote for my truss package within a few weeks because it had been a month since Hitek Truss had received my plans. September 3, 2021 - I emailed Hitek Truss again to follow up on the status of my truss order #****. I received an email from Keara S. who advised that their designers are currently dealing with an extremely high backlog of orders and they are doing their best to produce quotes in a timely fashion. September 16, 2021 - I received an email from Keara S. who advised they were working to complete my quote. September 17, 2021 - I contacted Hitek Truss via phone and email to follow up on the status of my order #****. I was asked how far I was out from having my slab poured and if my permits have been pulled for the job. I explained the status of my slab and that permits had been pulled for the job. I was told that there was no update as to my order but I was placed on a priority list to have them quoted by a designer. October 2021 - I called Hitek Truss at least every other week to check up on the status of my order. I was told that there was no updated information and they could not explain how come my order had not been quoted since July 2021. I was told that my plans were being placed on priority list. November 2021 - Called to speak with a supv and was told one will call me back. No one called and I had to call back to speak with a supv. December 27, 2021 - I was informed that Hitek Truss will not be able to fulfill my truss quote and order.
