Long time patient, kind and appreciative, I've never given a hassle or problem, always had patience, never rushed them, never showed attitude. I've always promoted them to the skies... I AM TERMINATED WITHOUT CAUSE PLEASE READ!!!! I am beyond disgusted!!! I've been taking all my pets here for a long time. However the last 4 times I went, they had me seen this nasty older woman with dark straight hair (I keep forgetting her name). If youve been there you know who she is her attitude will give it away.. She's one of the vet techs. Not only does she treat everyone are her inferior but she has a presence that demands respect, LADY JUST CAUSE YOU technically have "experience" does not earn you respect for your age if you do not earn it in action. I am a 20 y/o hardworking housewife and take care of rescues and 3 jobs!! Yet I've always shown respect and have appreciation for those around me. Example: She ignorantly told me "cats can't have escema" when shortly after that is exactly what the DR diagnosed the cat with. She mumbles under her breath Rolls her eyes Child talks you Will tell you, you don't know what your talking about And Now I KNOW she lies to the DR! Btw. I've always been polite. But here's where it goes down: my last visit I had a few of my pets to microchip so over the phone I asked to add a pet to my appointment. She said I could and I informed her my dog has anxiety but still needs a microchip and will that be okay? They said yes so I added her to the appointment successfully and I have a recorded phone call of this and everything else that happens after. Once I get there they give me the nasty attitude woman again and after taking care of 2 of my pets, I ask to bring in the pet I added to this appointment on the phone call. She said there's been no other pet added but reluctantly told me to bring the dog inside. Once I did she looked at me horrified that I brought the dog in and said "Why'd you bring her in?? She's not on the schedule. We can't see her" so I said I'd just put her back in the car but instead she changes her mind and directs me to bring her into the room. Once I do she asks what she's here for. I inform her over the phone we added her to the appointment for microchip (which mind you I have everything recorded including this phone call".) She walks away to see the DR in the back and obviously fills their head with BS. Because she comes back and confidently says they can't microchip her without making it a "surgery" and putting her under for it. So at this point I just give up and ask to put her back in the car Like I wanted to. I did once again inform her I discussed this over the phone already however I'll just make another appointment for this dog. BTW my rescue dog in question here was microchipped elsewhere perfect without sedation... Shortly after I get a letter in the mail I'm terminated and mat no longer be seen!! Now my meds can't be refilled, and I have to start at square ONE with another vet for all of my pets and rescues! Rescue work is HARD as it is!! No respect for what I do! I don't go begging people to notice the time, work, labor, love, and money I drain into animal rescue but now I'm PISSED. I've always showed them respect and never been a problem patient. Actually I had a great relationship with all the staff EXCEPT THAT ONE LADY!! OH and to top this gorgeous experience up, I ask for a simple conversation with the DR I've had for so long and you know what?? He refuses to see me, refuses to discuss anything. I had an excellent reapor with this vet. And I don't know what bearing that nasty woman holds but apparently it's okay to TRASH GOOD PATIENTS according to her word!! I only wanted a conversation with the DR, just to get an explanation, just some closure. I could have went here the rest of my life if they'd just have me see everyone else like it always was. I feel so backstabed, betrayed, and offended on a number of levels. Go ahead guys! Respond to me! Try and defend yourselves. This comes down when you apologize for your actions and take me back.
