We had an estimate from them on 1/25/2023. We signed agreement 1/27/2023. The first check was on March 13 in amount of 15K. Thats when first work started. On April 26 and on May 15 I text *** with pictures of dead flowers and dead grass and a dead ****. This was all supposed to be replaced. He said he would take care of it all on Wednesday or Thursday which was May 16 or 17th. He knew we were going back to our other house in other state. He wanted us to finish payment so we paid balance. We have cameras and he never came. I asked multiple times with no responses when he was going to fix things. When we returned we had more dead items. My husband *********** called and he finally responded. He came over and went over things and sent a quote. I didnt agree because I wanted different items as I wasnt paying for different things when all the items they had put in died. They changed it but *** left a lot out of quote so on October 25 he told me to send the names of flowers he knew were dead and amounts so he could put them on quote also. Have not heard from since and neither him nor office will respond. This job has been going on for almost a year now and is not right. They did not take all the grass out from under our rocks, they did not put the black paper up to the rocks like they were supposed too. We have grass growing through everywhere. They charged us $37,000 for a job that we have found out would of been $24,000 with 3 other companies I got priced from now. So they over charge. We bought light that are supposed to have a lifetime warranty. And how are they going to have that when company installing them doesnt even get back with their customers and uphold their warranty.
