Contract signed August 8, 2021 Pool Permit Issued August 21, 2022 Pool originally was supposed to start in June 2022 but due to labor shortage began in August. We just had one problem after another going forward. Every two months I would physically go to the pool company and complain because if you called or text the Super he never returned your calls. The only time I was contacted is when there was a draw due to be paid. At those times I explained to Lyons who financed a portion of the pool why I would not approve payment. It started out with the deck having issue and then we had added a 4' Sheet Waterfall with a 6" Tile Step Risers. The right side was perfect and there were issue and still are with the left tile step riser being slated and look horrible. Pool Company sent the deck contractor back who could not correct the problem without tearing it out and replacing in which he refused to do and was very unprofessional and told me since it was an eye soar to place a plant on it so it could not be seen. That was last year and nothing has been done since. The other big issue is the stain in the pool which has been there ever since the pool was filled with water and picture set to Waldhauer the next day April 26, 2023 and several times after that and pointed out to them ever time anyone showed up to do other trades. I have several texts asking about the water feature and stain with no response. I want the 6" Riser and the stain removed from the pool. The stain should have been resolved when it first appeared it goes down the side and along the bottom of the pool. We had to remove the screen porch and never received a credit and also the pool company they hired for the 3 months included in the contract did not show up weekly so we had to hire another company and was told we would receive a credit for that also which was never received. I would also like in writing that these repairs will be done instead of given a empty promise that never happens.
