Business ProfileforEnvirosafe Tanks

We started in March of 2021 with Tyler at Envirosafe. We ordered 2-10,000 gallon above-ground retail fuel tanks for our Colorado business. Our original promise date was June/July 2021. Due to labor force and COVID, the dates kept getting pushed back but Tyler didn't want to share that information unless we called or emailed to ask for an update. The tanks finally arrived in October 2021 and when the installers came to set it up. We were told they did not send us the correct retail system required and nobody will get off their backside and get the door we need with a printer so we can get up and running. We have been sitting on 8,000 gallons of fuel for over a month now because Tyler and his boss both said we had everything we needed to get up and going and swore to the installer it was right. When the installer came, it is not right. Tyler's supervisor admitted he didn't receive Tyler's order and we are still paying the price. We thought the installer had someone to help him and the part we needed would ship from Florida last Friday (instead of coming from Colorado because they are trying to save money I guess?). The part still has not shown up. Nobody from Envirosafe will own their mistake, offer any additional help to make sure we are taken care of or has even checked to see how we are doing, which obviously is not well. I can provide all of the e-mail correspondence necessary to back my statements.
