6/25 I placed an online order with TS Racing. Part of the order was shipped. I was later called and informed some items was on back order. A second shipment was made. I contacted TS Racing stating I was shipped a duplicate order. I was charged as if I had placed 2 duplicate orders. I returned everything extra I was shipped. I was refunded the second charge. Then I was charged a 3rd time for a part of the second order. I received no invoice for this last charge to my bank account. I have through all this been missing a 1/4 key stock item. I contacted them 7/30 and was informed they would look into it. I contacted them Wednesday 8/4 and told i would receive a call back Thursday. I have not been contacted by TS Racing. I incurred a $30 late charge because of the multipole charges. I am seeking a refund of $428.66 for the late charge and last charge.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/08/25) */ Please see the attached documents. 6/29 customer received order 7/13 email about wrong (double order was sent) at this time customer should has said that it was a wrong double order and to please cancel so he would not be charged twice.7/13 second order shipped,7/16 email received about double charge and order received. a full refund to credit card on 7/19 and return label was sent to customer for items he did not want to keep. 7/19 received unwanted items and was billed for the items not returned. If the customer was truthful on he should have said something on 7/13 that he already received his shipment and that was a duplicate and to please do not ship. Please see the attached documents to show we did everything to satisfy this customer. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/08/26) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I did not receive a mini lite brake kit in the first order. I also thought I had ordered aluminum key way stock. TS Racing reached out to me via phone call leaving me a voicemail about the second order. They did not explain what they were shipping to me. I talked to a second person at TS Racing about that order, again not talking about what they were shipping me. It is not my responsibility for TS Racing having created a "second order." TS Racing can not expect me to know what their issues were nor am I financially responsible for the products over what the initial online order was That I placed on 6/25.
