This is my third BBB complaint against Harvesters Crefit Union. The first complaint concerned a $1500 deposit which Harvesters refused to include in my checking account. It took two BBB complaints and three months for Harvesters to acknowledge their error. This complaint also involves a Harvesters error. Harvesters deducted two $99 amounts from my checking account. This caused my account to be in the negative. In addition there were three checks in pending. I was told by a Harvestes representative that because the checks were in pending there would not be an overdraft fee. Low and behold Harvesters was wrong again. Now my account is almost $200 in the begative. The negative balance is solely because of Harvesters error. I only get paid at the first of every month so I can not correct the negative balance until November 1st. I should not have to correct Harvestrers errors. Since February, the first Harvesters error, i have had to watch my acvount every day and sometimes twice a day just to monitor Harvesters accounting procedure in my account. I should not have to continually monitor my account to insure no Harvesters errors are made. I can not be the only person having so much trouble with Harvesters. It is my opinion that Harvesters should be investigated by other financial oversight institutions to insure these kind if errors are not commin occurances. I have been trying to close my account with Harvesters to get an account with a more reliable financial institution but I have not been able to because of Harvesters errors. These errors have been ingoing since February 2023. I want Harvesters to correct the negative balance where I can close the account.
