      After contacting Gutter Solutions about having gutters installed. Chris the co owner stated that his company also installs Vinyl Siding professionally. He claimed he performs work for Florida Building Code and he and his has years of experience. The work was not performed to building code. the nailing was not to code. The water sealing and wind mitigation requirements were not to code There was damages to property. The vinyl was not installed to manufactures requirements and specifications. The Tyvek Wrap was not installed to manufacturers specifications. Throughout the work multiple items were left unfinished. Multiple water intrusions were left open that I had to climb a ladder a 60 years old and cover up to prevent further damages to my hoe they already created. The owner Chris attempted to have me pay him $10,000 so he could take the money a run. That is close to the remaining balance with days of work left undone and work performed that needed to be corrected. It was clear after a couple of days. Chris and his crew did not know what they were doing and was not following proper installation procedures. I have paid $8,500 towards a $21,850 job that needs to be totally redone. I demand a refund to avoid filing suit against Gutter Solutions

      This company is refusing to warranty work that he has been paid for. All information as well as a letter of all details is included.       Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2021/09/30) */ To whom it may concern, We are very sorry that the relationship between Bill Walther Roofing and Gutter solutions had to come to this after 3 years of a great relationship. However since Hurricane Sally Chuck Walthers has become extremely disrespectful to our Company and Employees this last incident was the final straw. We service over a 1,000 customers a year and have done so for the last 10 years there is a reason we have a perfect ratings on every platform it's because we have thousands of happy customers. Chuck Walthers doesn't know what his sales people are doing his sales people in which we had a great work relationship with was the people giving us the jobs we are being told one thing by them and another from Chuck. We have spent countless times going to jobs fixing so called issues that was due to the roofers leaving debris in the gutters we never charged a dime for these. Chuck will call our office demanding we get to his work immediately he has voiced he is the only one I should worry about. This last incident we have been waiting on special order windows for a job for the last 6 months this job was put on hold due to this. without notice our office was called and said windows are in I need y'all on that job this week we stated we were booked but would try and move things around and get him the following week he became very hostile and cussing we simply said chuck I think it's best if we part ways and you find another company, at this point and time he starts screaming calling me a stupid MF and a lot more horrible things. From there harassing text messages Started arriving for days to the amount our attorney is now involved. So yes due to his extremely hostile behavior we declined setting foot back in any of his job sites and we are deeply disappointed he found the need to up load photos from all the job for the last year that are the before photos of what they're own employees damaged those are all fixed now and we were paid for those jobs in which we have signatures from all those customers stated they were happy with the work that was completed from Gutter Solutions. We are very disappointed in the way Chuck Walthers tried to slander our name out of spite. Please refer back to our detailed letter as well as our google drive that includes all photos and communications with Gutter solutions. The information that he is saying is not true and the texts and letter proves that. A certified letter has been sent out 9/11/2021 stating he has 30 days to fix his job. All other communications will go through our attorney. I think it's safe to say just look at the other complaints on Bill Walther Roofing on BBB you will see the same type of behavior customers has dealt with as this seems to be the normal for this company. We do not feel safe at this time being anywhere around this Hostile/Narcissist business owner. Sincerely Gutter Solutions
