Completed a contract with this business on 01/17/2022 to have a sunroom built on the back of my residence. I paid $9630 up front, with the remaining balance of $10,000 due upon completion. Mr. Eister pulled the permit and submitted plans (which are dated 8/31/2021) to my HOA for approval. The work was started/completed on 5/4/2022, at which time the final payment was made. Since that time I've had to call Mr. Eister back to my home about 4 to 5 times to seal up places that were not sealed and causing water and lizards/bugs to get into the sunroom. A friend came over to look at what I would need in order to get electrical work completed, After getting on the roof to see if a wire could be ran for the AC since it was not done as stated it had been by Mr. Eister. That is when he saw the shoody work that had been done on the roof/attachment to my home. There are openings on top where small animal's can get in between the structure and if a strong storm comes it could possibly take the entire roof off. Also water from the rain can get in which would eventually cause a problem with mold because of the heat buildup from this aluminum roof. The top of the roof looks as if a child took play dough and just put it up there. The sealant is a sloppy mess on the roof, along with jagged pieces of cut aluminum that were used to attach the roof. There is also a piece of aluminum that was bent in order to make a gutter instead of attaching a proper gutter on my home. At no time was an inspection conducted on this structure which I have been waiting on since Mr. Eister pulled the permit. and there are no boxes or studs in place to properly attach the ceiling fan. This company has performed substandard work on my home and I do not trust him to fix or repair it correctly. I am requesting assistance to get a full refund in order to get the sunroom done correctly. I am also requesting reimbursement for any damage done the existing gutter which was partial covered.
