Gage ****** just completed installation of a new water heater at our home. He was very professional and courteous. He arrived early and finished the job ahead of schedule. He checked everything and was meticulous about cleaning up afterward. you can be sure that if we need any future plumbing services that Harlow Plumbing and Gage will be who we call. Replacement of my kitchen sink faucet was performed by "Gage" he was very prompt, professional, courteous and respectful of my property. He was very knowledgeable and explained the job scope prior to performing the job. When he finished the job he asked me if I had any questions or concerns. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction and said "If there are any questions or issues after I leave please call our office. A very pleasant person to have working on my plumbing, I will definitely use Harlow Plumbing in the future.Review from RUSSELL P

Customer service EXTRAORDINAIRE! Harlow's did a master bath remodel for us in 2018. Beautiful job we are still completely happy with. The LED shower light recently started to flicker and occasionally go out completely so I called Harlow for advice on how to proceed thinking if I knew what to purchase I could do it myself. I was referred to Jerry who was their bathroom remodeler (actually did our job in 2018). He responded to my text, came to the house, assessed the situation, and changed out the LED array. The thing is he would not let me pay him either for the service call or replacement LED. This over 4 years from completing the original job! THAT is customer service! Thank you, Jerry. Trace came out to install a toilet that I purchased (which included installation) from Lowe's. During the install process, he informed me that I needed a flange or my toilet would wobble which it wasn't doing before he arrived. Of course I wanted my project completed so I agreed to replacing the flange. The flange consisted of two small flat metal pieces not the entire kit. He charged me $190.00 for turning a couple screws which took less than 5 minutes. I questioned the amount and paid but wasn't pleased with the price. All other charges for the installation were included in the amount I paid Lowe's. I also had push back getting an itemized bill a couple of days later from Harlowe's business office when I called requesting it. I don't appreciate being price gouged.

Mrs ******** I am sorry for any inconvenience you occurred. I have looked into this and I made sure you were sent your receipt. On our system, it shows that you were sent 1 to your email and 1 to your cell phone on 5-25-22, If you did not receive this, I can send you another copy. All of our jobs, per Lowes, we have to have to take photos, and I have before and after photos of your job as well, you were in need of a flange repair. We try to remain competitive in our field, feel free to call our competitors and ask them how much they would charge you for a flange repair, I would gladly match their price with the identical service we provided.Customer Response

Of the plumbers I called, no one charges $175 per hour. I've said all I needed to say. I'm through with this issue and Harlowe Plumbing.
