      As with many other complaints made here, this company continues to charge us long after we cancelled our account. The owner said we'd be able to continue using the service for free, but the charges still come in regularly. I hate to think that the activity is fraudulent but, given no means to cancel (again) and no luck contacting the principals, it's hard to reach any other conclusion. Jeff, stop charging us and please refund the charges you've made since we cancelled.

      Signed up to test the products paid service Jan 31, 2023. I tired to cancel through chat, calling the number listed, but there was no reply and there is no cancellation button to cancel service. I’ve disputed with my credit card company but they just bill again the next month. This is similar to what others on BBB have said. This needs to be taken up with the state attorney generals office. Sign up but not providing a way to cancel seems intentional based on my experience and several others here and other reviews online.

      I requested that my subscription be canceled 54 weeks ago, and have never received a response or cancellation. I continue to be charged monthly with no way to stop service. There's no way to cancel through their website and no response via email or through website chats. I'm looking to be reimbursed for 13 months of charges totaling $259.35.

      This company have utterly failed to respond to any form of contact for over 2 years. They are still taking payments despite my requests to cancel via their chat, facebook page - everything. They are either fake, fraudulent or completely inept.

      We apologize for not responding to this customer's request sooner.  We were able to find the customer's request to cancel his membership and refunded all payments back to that date.  His payment subscription has been cancelled and he will not be charged in the future.  We have given the customer's account full access to all of our services (for free) should he wish to take advantage of them in the future.

      I signed up to use VoiceApps.com to use their Alexa Builder Services. After countless emails, Chats through a fake Chat Bot on their website asking for help, I simply gave up and wanted to cancel my account. There is noway to cancel the service on their website and in addition, they are charging me every single month for the past 8+ months. I have reached out to the CEO of this company via LinkedIn, I have sent emails, I have called their 800 number attached to their business. I simply want the to STOP Billing me!!!!!!!!!!!!! This company is very shady by not returning any emails, etc. Jeff ****** *s the CEO and unless something is done about my account and payments, I will make sure that everybody in the tech industry knows about Jeff ****** and the shady business he is doing in the technology idustry. My desired settlement is to either STOP Charging me and REFUND my wasted monthly spending or else!

      The customer asked us to cancel his account in June, 2022.  Our support team failed to handle that request and the customer continued to be charged.  It also seems the customer created 2 accounts (one day apart) and upgraded both of them to a premium account.  This means he was getting charged twice.  We have refunded all of the charges and cancelled the subscriptions for both accounts.  We've left his accounts in an upgraded status should he choose to continue to use our services in the future.  We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused the customer.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 18220256, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      The money really isn't the issue. The issue on why I was upset was the fact I had hoped his service would benifit me for a project I was working on and after countless attempts for help because their service did not work with ****** - and several payments taken from me with zero help - it was the reason I filed this complaint. I am satisfied that at least he acknowledged that it was an internal error on their part.

      We subscribed to this website to explore their product and now wants to cancel subscription. several attempts were made by contacting the support email and thru the "Live" chat but no one responds. His subscription was cancelled and we refunded all payments back to his original cancellation request date. We have also provided the customer with free access to our services and a direct communication channel should he require further assistance.
