  This business was hired to fix an issue. ********* and Chavers Construction both are responsible. Their "fix" caused my erosion problem. He admits to repairing it on camera. But it is not fixed. Chavers construction installed all fixtures in Beulah Gardens per plans authored by ************** The site was inspected by the engineer as well as the county inspectors and accepted a few years back. We maintain a relationship with the developer, **** ***** so we returned to the project as a courtesy and redone the Rip rap flume a few months back. We were also told that the builder, DSLD, has re-done the flume once as well. Given the flume has failed 3 times with 2 separate contractors, we now assume that the flume will not withstand the conditions it is being asked to withstand. We are not engineers so this is just speculation. ******* Construction fulfilled our contract with the owner. The project is well outside and warranty period but the bigger issue is that our warranty only covers workmanship, and not acts of god or design flaws. We did not work for Jimmy ******** and do not have his name in our records. We have no ties to ***** ********. Gary Holt is not an officer, representative, or employee of ******* Construction. We do not wish to participate in name calling. If not, then why are both names filed with the county? I think it is time to hire a lawyer. This company is out right blatantly lying. You messed up the job, you made it worse. You are blaming DSLD. since you threw them under the bus about having to redo the retention pond three times, when you were the installer? Even the city came out and stated that whomever did the work that it was done improperly. Would you like me to give you their number? Or would you like me to hire a lawyer to give it too you. Your companies name is all over this project. You even admitted it on here. You sir are at fault. Reread your own replies and look at the video, at the outcome.
