Date of transaction 12/4/2023 Amount: $577.90 Promised to provide 10 mini helmets needed as a gift for *********** football banquet on January 20, **** order completed on January 14th. because I was concerned and wanted to guarantee shipment arrived in time for 1/20/24, I requested it to be sent express overnight shipping either via fed ex or *** and would pay out of pocket for same. The owner ******************* called instead of replying to my email and refused and said no Im not going to do that. Rationale being Fed ex and *** problematic and has been in the business for 20 years and **** more reliable. He assured me and informed package being sent EXPRESS 2 day shipping thru ****, he mailed it out on January 16th but tracking showed it was sent regular Priority Mail which AND NOT by 2 Day Express guaranteed shipping as promised. Post office unable to track it until next scan, it showed in transit for 6 days! This morning January 22, **** received tracking update that package arrived in ****! Final destination suppose to be ******, *************.*** sent numerous emails and left numerous phone calls the last 5 days as well as today 1/22/24 all unanswered and ignored.If business had not refused and honored my request for fed ex or *** guaranteed overnight shipping, kids would not have been disappointed and left empty handed on 1/20/**** banquet.Package never arrived, kids were disappointed, ignoring my phone calls and emails is extremely unprofessional. I have no way of knowing if I will ever receive package at this point. I am requesting a complete refund, for refusal to provide requested shipping method and for the stress I endured trying to track package in time for event and pain suffering and disappointing who really matters in this. The students, football players.Owner received payment, shipped it the most economic way that benefited him, even though I offered to pay for the overnight shipping.
