I purchased their Flexpet for my dog for several months per their request and it did nothing. I called several times to get a refund and they never called or emailed me back. They didn't honor their money back policy. I want a full refund for it all. This is a big scam. Doesn't work at all.Business response

I found both of your accounts in our system. One account from 2011 and a newer one from November 2021. You are not a subscription member and you are placing orders as needed, so far a total of 4 shipments with us so far in this new account. On our records we are showing you sent an inquiry about the product in December 29th 2021 and we answered. Then in March 1st, 2022 you placed a new order using paypal as a payment method. We are truly sorry if the product is not working for your pet and we definitely don't want you to be dissatisfied. Our Money back guaranteed policy is very clear. We ***** up to 3 units refund less shipping and handling. You need to return the empties or unused product back to us. The address is in the back of the product. Once we receive it please allow 10-14 days to receive your return for up to 3 units total. If you have any questions or concerns please call us at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX, we don't have any records of calls in our system so we are very sorry if we missed your calls. We have been in business since 2000 and we take pride on our superb customer support so we are very sorry you are not 100% satisfied with our support or our product. We will have a customer service rep give you a call about the instructions on how to send the product back to us. Didn't work. Nothing was said about keeping the empty bags. I have sent back the bag I have left was told I would be refunded for all 3 bags even though I don't have the empty bags. Please allow 24-48 hrs to show in your account. They refunded but has not showed up yet.
