I brought my truck to this auto shop in ********** on ******** ******************************************* "rapid auto repair 5/24 to get a new drive shaft after they ordered the incorrect part they changed the price they quoted me an additional $300 to get the correct drive shaft. The day I got the call about the incorrect drive shaft I went to the auto shop on my way home and noticed my old drive shaft sitting on top of the leather tonneau cover on the back of my truck. Before anything I took pictures of thr drive shaft putting depressions in the leather then I took pictures of the cut and scratch marks that were now in the cover. When I asked the manager why it was there he said he didn't have anywhere else to put it. He asked me what I wanted done to fix it and I told him I'd like a new one that doesn't have rips in it just like it was before I brought it here to you. It has now been 2 months and multiple phone calls asking for updates and I have been told they can't find one to order and 1 month ago they said they were waiting for it to be delivered. It's an auto shop nothing takes 2 months to get ordered and delivered.Initial Complaint

Had my car towed to this repair shop for engine work. After diagnostics were done it was determined that it needed a new engine. They went thru my aftermarket warranty for approval. They supposedly installed a new engine and i picked up my car. A day later the check engine light came on and on my next available time i stopped in to ask them why. They kept if for a couple days and then said the motor was not good. After a few more days went by they called and said come get your car we are not working on it and you need to take it somewhere else. Now i am out $7,000 and my car is not running and i have children, and grandkids and my job and that is my only car. Chris at the shop says there is 3 year / 100,000 mile warranty on the motor so i don't understant why they are not willing to do what i paid for and fix my car. Its like they were paid for the job and now they don't want to honor the warranty. I have nobody to help me and really just want my car fixed so it is safe for me and my children.
