  We called the owner a few days before we rented the boat and he said orientation was 1 hr long and that we could bring the boat back whenever we wanted. Then on the day of the rental, our orientation was 2.5 hrs 9-11.30 and we had to bring it back by 5pm. Giving us 5 hrs to use the boat even though paying for a full day. It takes 1.5 hrs to get out of the canal and to a beach. The weather was very bad making it dangerous to get back. We said, we didnt feel safe renting the boat another day as it is too far away if the weather were to be bad again. He wouldnt refund us for the second day. We asked him where we could go with the boat and he lied and said the beach was 45 minutes away. It was at 1:30 minutes away.

  **** agreed to rent a boat for two days by signing the boat   reservation agreement and the rental contract . She can refer to the copy that was provided her. Under the terms of this contract there are no legitimate reasons to refund any money to ****. The contract states we do not refund money for any weather related early returns or cancellations. We do not control the weather. The weather June 2 was fine except a small thunderstorm passed through quickly in the afternoon. The contract also states there are no refunds for early returns of cancellation for personal reasons. We do not control the distance to ***** chosen destinations. We offered an additional 1.5 hrs on June 3 to compensate for the longer than expected boating orientation that **** needed as her knowledge of boating the area was none. The weather on June 3 was perfect for boating with little wind, very few boats out and no afternoon storms that ******* is well known for. **** started with a boat full of fuel and left us with a boat that was low 24 gallons. We normally charge a $60 fuel service  fee for us having to drive the boat to the fuel dock to fill it. We waived this fee for ****.
