    I placed an order March 4th. At first, I do admit I did not realize it was a prebuy order and would not ship for a few more weeks, which was confirmed by the owner. That shipping date came and went and no product. I began requesting updates via email April 11, only to start receiving the same excuse each week since. The excuses varied from the product had not arrived, she was packaging the product, they were still waiting on the product, she was cleaning and waiting on product, they are shipping soon, her staff was working then her staff isn't working, etc endless excuses. Her reasons given in email never matched what she was stating on her FB group also. On May 3rd, I requested a refund. She avoided that question until I mentioned disputing the charge through my bank. She became rude and aggressive in her replies. I left the situation alone for a while as I saw in her FB group that she would be leaving for a week. I waited another week after her time off to request another update only because I saw comments that she was selling her company. I was asking who was now responsible for filling my order or issuing a refund. She still couldn't answer that clearly and sent a slew of new excuses and explaining how to run a business. She then said she refunded me but that has not occurred, and she won't provide any proof that she did issue the refund. She followed that by calling me dumb and saying I never requested a refund. This entire conversation is in one email chain, replies back to one another. Anyone can read the chain and see where I requested a refund and just how unpleasant this business owner is to deal with and really does not value customer service. I can understand her standing behind her policies, but her updates never being consistent raises too many flags and her progressive rudeness does not portray valuing customer service. All things any customer would become uncomfortable with coming from a supplier.
