I've been a big fan of Bones Coffee, not to mention their clever marketing, for a long time. But I recently had a customer service experience that has made me a Bones backer for life.I placed order recently for a bag each of Blueberry Blast Cake and Megaladonut. Four days later, I went to the hospital, where I stayed for a week. While I was there, I got notification that my order had been delivered, and I had another reason to be excited about coming home.Unfortunately, when I did get home there was no order waiting. It was only when I tracked the package I realized that the order had been shipped to my old address instead of my new one. By that time, 3 days had passed since the delivery, and when I went to see if it was still there, it became apparent a porch pirate with really good taste in coffee had stolen the order meant for **** realized it was my fault for picking an old address when ordering, but in the off chance I might get a modest coupon for my next order, I emailed the company to tell them my sad story. I had the great fortune to work with ********, who almost immediately sent another two bags of coffee to my current address at no cost to me. She didnt have to do that, and Bones didnt either. But the fact they did shows me the company and its employees really care about their customers. Oh yeah, and the ********************** is delicious. I cant recommend Bones highly enough.

********* from Bones Coffee was super sweet and understanding of the problem I had. She immediately tried to solve things and make it as easy as possible. I bought 2 coffees as a gift but one of them became out of stock, they refunded me but I was a bit frustrated that I didnt have a chance to replace one of the coffees and I still had to pay 7.99 shipping. So I reached out to customer care and ********* helped me out alot! They helped me more than needed and sent a giftcard to me. I really appreciate them being so understanding!

Had some difficulties with making a purchase with a coupon and the staff I spoke with was extremely kind, quick, and helpful with completing my transaction.Great customer service, I will definitely be purchasing Bones Coffee again in the future!

I ordered a batch of Bones Coffee Company's specialty coffee and mugs to celebrate the release of the Fallout series. 1 of the 3 mugs and 1 of the 3 coffees had defects. I emailed their customer support and was promptly helped by ******** who sent me replacements for the defective mug and coffee the same day. I received the replacements less than a week after my initial complaint. Part of the deal was to then send back the defective mug (which I had photo evidence of). However, I asked if I could then purchase the defective mug at a discount rate to give to my friend when he came over to watch the release of Fallout. ********, part of customer service, said that I would not have to return the defective mug and could gift it to my friend. I was provided above and beyond customer service and I'm grateful for how the entire situation was handled. I will be a customer for life with a ********************** that does business in the way that ******** and Bones Coffee *** does.

I have enjoyed Bones Coffee many times. ***** delivered my order somewhere else and Bones Coffee Company was fast, friendly, and efficient in correcting the problem. ********** customer service was well above average, she was outstanding! I highly recommend this coffee, and this company!

My first interaction with Bones Coffee Company was my purchase on their website. I appreciate a company that puts effort into making their site as user friendly and easy to navigate as possible and that is what I found here. An elegant and simple to use design that allowed me to shop and order exactly what I wanted. When my order was taking longer than expected, I reached out to Bones and quickly received an email from ********* who was able to correct my issue with such speed and ease that I was left stunned. I received a level of customer service that I have not experienced anywhere else in a long while. ********* made me feel like a seen, valuable person, and not like a faceless order number. When my order arrived, I could not have been happier. We purchased a limited edition coffee and two hand thrown mugs. The mugs are gorgeous. We have been showing them to anyone who comes over. But above all else, the coffee is amazing. How to I put this so you will understand me? AH-MAZE-**** If the website was clunky, if the service was bad, this coffee would be worth slogging through the rainforest to find. I struggle to put this into perspective for you. On a scale from 1 to 10, ********* is a 4, *********** is a 5. Bones Coffee is like a 15. Its probably the best coffee I have ever had at home.The beans are gorgeous and perfectly roasted. They grind beautifully and the bloom is exciting and fragrant and whispers good morning promises of delicious coffee and a quite savory moment. I didnt know this was a flavored coffee when I bought it. I usually never buy flavored coffee. But I am so glad I purchased this because its delicious. It had no chemical taste or aftertaste from the flavoring and it smells ******. I was so delighted with this coffee and I am definitely a lifelong customer starting now. I have 165 characters left and I want to use them to tell you to try this coffee!

Their coffee flavors are amazing. The people I've dealt with are exceptional. The company is awesome. Seriously, you are doing yourself a disservice if you like coffee and have not tried theirs.

Made my 1st order with this company 2 weeks ago. I received my package on time and it came with a fun sticker.. The flavors are all very fun to try! **************** (******** helped me) is amazing! In total, we ordered 10 different flavors. We loved all but 3. ******** was kind enough to replace the 3 flavors that we did not enjoy with 3 new flavors for us to try since it was our first time ordering! I also had a question about my rewards points and they answered all of my questions quickly and efficiently. Definitely will continue to order from this company! Not only is the coffee good and fun to try, their customer service is top-notch!
