            They started the cabinet and vanity replacement on oct 4th where they flooded my house and never asked me where the water shut off was until water was ******* out my front door. They immediately attempted to blame me saying they didnt onstall the pipes. Even though they broke both pipes at the same time after he slammed the vanity into the wall. I was left to clean up the flood that destroyed some of what little we have left from ***. Then the installed the backsplash knowing they cut an extra hole that did not belong there was no electric box there. At that time they attempted to cover it up with a plate to cover it up. Then they broke the track to the sliding window and have made zero attempt to fix that at all. They also installed the outside countertop at a different level then the inside counter top like it should be to install another window. They also have yet to install one drawer bc they said they cant get the hardware for it or the trim to complete the job. We waited 8 months for the cabinets to be ordered and when they came in they said they checked everything and it was there. The job was supposed to take two weeks tops they said it would prob only be a few days. It has been three months waiting for hardware and trim i find that hard to believe. They have not been here in three weeks to a month i have heard nothing. Unfortunately my wife paid them and she should not have.

            I had visited many companies about a granite installation in my kitchen, but after working with Amanda, I contracted with Academy. What a GREAT decision!
            Amanda gave me the greatest support and communication I could have asked for; (even when she was sick with covid), she answered all of my calls and texts. She gave me a comprehensive plan and costs up-front, and there were NO surprises in my final invoice. Even when I postponed my installation 2 times, due to another project, she said "no problem" every time and updated the scheduling without a hitch.
            I saw my slab at the warehouse yard and Danny wrote my name on it, so I knew it was claimed for my job. His workmanship and installation was incredible. The site lines of my countertop are MUCH better than the original and the quality of the job is perfect. There were no problems with his work or the installation, and he was a consummate professional. I felt confident in his work and craftsmanship; it was PERFECT! He even returned at 7 PM to install my faucet, because he promised he would get it done THAT DAY.
            I truly understand their A+ BBB rating and they deserve it!
            They have taught me that the BBB rating is the best source for hiring on any project I encounter. They were "exactly on the money" for what I intended to spend, I got great service and a quality job and product.
            If I need ANY cabinets, granite, or installation in the future, I WILL absolutely use Academy!
            I would also highly recommend their work to anyone who wants THE BEST.
            It has been a real pleasure using all of this company's services and they have made a PERMANENT customer out of me. Academy and its policies are a "unicorn" in the cabinet, countertop, installation business; they are that amazing! It was a WONDERFUL experience.
