On 2/19/24 I contacted NOBO corporation and paid them $620.20 for 2 hair pieces cut and styled. I had contact with a lady that identified herself as ***. I discussed with her how I wanted them styled and also submitted pictures of how I wore my hair. in my discussions with her there seemed to be some language barriers due to her poor English. I explained to her I wanted them curled as I had them done many times before over the last 20 years. And she stated they couldn't find my old files. Why they deleted them I have no idea. Anyway On 2/22/24 they arrived via **** Upon opening the box I was horrified to see the mess that had been made out the 2 hair pieces! They had removed all the curls and cut the hair nothing like I ask for. Totally unwearable. So I contacted them back immediately and spoke to a woman who identified her self as F**** She seemed concerned and told me to ship them back. Which I did on 2/23/24. They arrived back to them on 2/27/24. F**** assured me as soon as they arrived she would contact me. Well after a week and not a sound I called them and the excuses began! First F**** didn't return my calls for 3 days. Then she stated they would curl them and send them back. Anyone that knows anything about hair pieces knows after you remove the factory curl you can never get it back! You can curl them to only have it fall out in a week or two. I also stated to F**** that due to the sides being straightened when they curl them it will make the sides too short. After making my objections know to F**** and requesting twice in emails to be put in touch with the owner nothing but crickets! So my last email I requested they just refund my money and I will go elsewhere. Still nothing but crickets. My feelings are that the company I've been dealing with for over 20 years has gone to c*** I would like a refund plus the ****************************************************** I can provide emails if desired.
