      We agreed to do only the low screen replacement. A rafter was to be replaced and stained. Mr. J repeatedly state that he had sent me a quote via email. I repeatedly told him I did not receive it. Even today he stated he will send it again. Did not receive it., He stained my recently refinished deck which he did not fix as he said he would. He failed to replace the screens with holes in them as agreed. He replace one Fl glass screen with regular screen but did not do the other replacement as agreed, It look ridiculous to have one screen that is what he agreed to and left the other Fl glass screens. Now who would want one regular screen with the other solid screen serve? He called me last Wednesday to say he will come over and finish the work. He was only looking for some screen he though that he left here to do a job in Naples.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/07/25) */ First off, before even taking the job to with ***** ***** a few persons had warned me about his low tactics of suing and making frivolous complaints about any company which he hires no matter how small the job. I will it very clear that I have evidence on what we had already agreed upon prior to commencing the work. I will not add it here as in the event he wastes my time in court then I'll counter sue for such time and potential loss of work while wasting my time with this. First day we met I assessed the job job which included replacing 1 pool screen that had taped around the edges and all the smaller size ones at the back of the porch area, along with changing rafter pieces for the deck that was rotted. When we initially spoke it told him that changing the entire pool area will be a few thousand dollars with the size of his pool cage, so the problematic screen was the only large one that we agreed on changing out. So much more to this issue but these are the most pressing parts. I have the check receipts for how much he paid and I charged him a total of $1500 including labor and all the supplies. He is a person of very little integrity and I will not work with someone like this in the future. He even wanted me to bill him for something I didn't do, and said he wanted that to take another person to court. I will not crawl down this hole with ***** ***** and I don't think any other company should. Let him do everything himself! I told Mr. James the he could screw for the under side the plate . He did not do it. He damage the newly painted deck and promised too make it right. Did not do it. The pool lower screens he refused to do and is not an issue. As for the rafter replacement I had to shoe him how to do and he wanted me to provide screws an saw horses. As for the slander to me not work for he needs to back up that statement.He has had complaints of not doing what he said he would do.He did not do what said he would do and now I will have to hire someone to do the painting of the deck an=d finish the overhead screens redid not do. Also one panel of this repair was done poorly Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/07/29) */ I will not be returning to do any more work for ***** *****. The job that has been done he's paid for. The remainder he needs to hire another company. Regarding him showing me how do whatever, he was just a client that couldn't stay away so his house, he can do as he wish. Do NOT say you wers showing anything, you were micro-managing and I just let you have you way. Regarding the paint on the floor, we cleaned it as much as possible and even offered to touch up ghat area with the paint he has and he said not to worry because the guys were going to return to patch some holes in the same area and they'll paint after. So now the deck is damaged, well unfortunately Mr. ***** I have pictures after completing the job. I will no longer waste my energy and time with this. Please note that they said they were to do the areas with holes in the screens. They placed a metal cover on two areas without hole and the one with the hoes was done poorly. They were to repair the remaining g screens with holes , they agreed to do, by screwing them in from the underside from the pool area. When we discussed his failure to this you can see that he had a recall. His answer was they would fly away., but not if repair as discussed before he started." Mr. J either has a failure of recall or makes every attempt to take short cut. There was a day he left his son on the job by himself and his son had no knowledge what to do. Very good kid. Mr. J used an in law , who worked for another company, when available. Times he showed for work but had to go get materials to work with. These all resulted in lost of time.The above is far from what he claims to be, Phony and fraudulent!!!
