Do not use this builder. Our price went up 30,000$ after hurricane Ian. An entire stucco wall had to be replaced due to poor workmanship and it was no easy feat to get that request completed. First a patch job was done and then at our insistence, the entire wall was redone as it should have been from the start without our request. There is still another stucco repair to complete after closing a month ago. All the shower transition pieces were left off by mistake of the builder. This resulted in our lanai shower door still leaning against our bathroom wall uninstalled to date. The excuse was the shower door company moved to Miami. Our front door was damaged during installation. To fix this dents and scratches were sanded and buffed. This is a beautiful huge metal hurricane door that looked trashed. Finally after our insistence again, the appropriate door parts were removed and replaced. Again, we never should have had to ask. The builder exhibited another lackluster performance. Numerous cabinet drawers were knocking against each other when opened. That too required an invitation to fix. Absolutely the worst paint and caulk job I have ever seen. Entire house. Very poor quality of work. I had to ask for each overpaint and caulk to be cleaned up. Cleaning prior to move in was a joke. I happened to be at the house the day of cleaning and literally every floor area was covered in an inch of water up the baseboards. The house had to be cleaned again. Often the staff communication was poor and unprofessional. Usually no reason was given for the absence of communication. The list goes on. Hopefully I have convinced some of you to steer clear and choose another builder. At one time option one may have been better. We were told they have now ceased new building in Florida and we were told by employees that the owner bought property in Tennessee. I cannot confirm this but it is what both myself and husband were told.

Option one Builder is a quality home builder with the sales Assistant *************************** which goes out of her way to help answer Clients questions and concerns. ***** is willing to go the extra mile to make sure her clients wants and needs are taken care of. She made the closing process a breeze . When things were Rough she made the impossible, possible bad weather never stopped ***** from going above and beyond amongst other Unforeseeable issues ***** was always there to assist.This makes option one builders a perfect company to have build your dream Home. We received our keys on March 30th 2023. A1 is the plumbing company provided to us in the warranty info. City of ********** licensing confirmed A1 is the one who is listed on the permit as the plumbing contractor. Option One claims someone else did the work, unknown to us and doesn't want A1 to perform the warranty work. Rundown of incidents: 6/9/23 - Overflowing of all sinks, tubs and toilets. Option One could not get ahold of their plumber(s), so we had to call Rotorooter and they got it unclogged. $500 charge that we paid for out of pocket. RotoRooter provided Video and service report we forwarded to Option One. Unknown date: Option one sent someone to do a quick repair without addressing the whole issue. 7/21 - Toilet(s) clogged again. Option One non responsive so we proceeded with calling Rotorooter again. This time they charged us $1600 because Hydrojet was needed to unclog caused by incorrect fittings. $1600 ***** Videos show the wrong interior fittings with service reports stating all the issues. ***** at Option One asked that we contact **** the plumber directly. After a few attempts we got ahold of **** and he went out and re-confirmed that the work was done wrong and needs to be re-done completely. The entire sewer line needs to be replaced or else we'll continue having issues. Option one refuse to reimburse us for the 2nd rotorooter call caused by the wrong repair AND wrong fittings and elbows on the entire sewer line. This is not the type of situation that can wait 24 to 48 hours when it occurs on a weekend in a middle of the night. Had we not acted quickly, the house would get flooded. We need a permanent fix (replace the entire sewer line as recommended by multiple plumbers).. We can't be calling plumbers to unclog the sewer line every couple weeks. Option One Builders refuse to fix this the right way by replacing the sewer-line AND they refuse to reimburse us for costs when clogs happen.
