Paid for delivery with signature required to ship a motorcycle title they lost my title and refuse to refund me the money. To quote the woman I spoke to at the store "if they had to refund every person for products *** lost, they would go out of business"Business response

Your employee was super mean and unprofessional to me, I told her I was mailing a test and she insisted on knowing what type of test it was, followed by, "I hope its HIV". She sent me off with a friendly smile and a, "You need to learn to leave". I want an apology for this mistreatment and clear homophobia and for Megan to be taught some respect, civility and kindness when treating other human beings.Business response

Dear Customer,
I am sorry about your experience that you had at my store. That is absolutely unacceptable in my store or at any UPS Store. I will handle Megan personally and penalize her for this disgusting behavior and I'll give her another chance, but it will be her last. She is a new employee that learns to grow up obviously. I will handle this, and I am very sorry for this it has never happened. I have owned this store for 7 years.

December 2021 I took a new Laptop in the box to the *** Store to ship to my mother-in-law for Christmas. The staff took my information printed a label and set the Laptop in another shipping box to send. I purchased the *** shipping insurance due to the cost of the Laptop. My tracking number was: 1Z9R4A600380597167 The package never arrived to my mother-in-laws however they did receive a different package with my shipping label on it with some wrapped presents in the box. Obviously meant for someone else. I notified the *** store and was told to email the ********************** of the details of what was sent and pictures of the package that was received. At the same visit the store worker apologized stating they have a lot of new people working and have had multiple packages mislabeled and sent to the wrong addresses and my package had been determined to be lost. I have talked to ******* (*** store) multiple times since then through June 2022 trying to get a refund for the laptop & shipping costs. ******* has disputed the loss 5 times and the main *** company keeps denying the claim stating that the package was damaged and improperly shipped. However they can not produce any proof of this as it is a lie to not have to pay for their loss. Supervisor ******************* was suppose to return my calls and never has. They clearly are refusing to own up to their mistake and refund me the total cost which is their responsibility especially since I also purchased their shipping insurance.Business response

I have spoken to ******* who was a wonderful person. I did apologize on behalf of *** for this mistake. I can't control what happens to packages after they leave my store. She understands the situation. I personally reimbursing out of my own money half the loss of this shipment and goods. She found this very generous and thanked me on behalf of her family.
