  After hurricane ********* live in mobile home with my husband thats got alzheimers, after the hurricane I have extensive damage **** Contractor hed redo my carport December 5th gave him a deposit asked repeatedly to send agreement finally got it I question him on the wording he said that ment the carport @ the hole front of the home which was the siding facia all the damages not hearing from him and after I gave him the deposit 3 weeks later I look to see there a bunch of wood according to park rules its only out of aluminum without asking me he decided to do it out of wood and it was I said its okay it would have been nice if hed asked they put the carport up it was to have aluminum sleeves over all the wood post they put it up with no sleeves also cut the support post more then in have so they didnt have to redo brick plus even more problems then that next week never showed up waiting excuses and more loosing sleep worrying he finally came by he again gave me another excuse but he told me the reason it was taking so long because of shortages due to the storm but he would finish it up if Id give him more money and he could finish buying the materials he needed to finish the job so stupidity I gave most of the money never came back and excuses only to find out he had started several home in the park and some all read finished it April 24th Im still sitting waiting since December 5th 2022 no further along I told him how he used me for a fool lm so embarrassed of falling for his sceems and that I was going to go to the bbb but it fell on DEEF ears too so Im writing this to let you know about him and his company and now after getting several bids to finish his shotty work its now costing double the money the main problem is I now I dont have the money to get it done! BEWERE

  Please see the attached detail from the Project Manager for the Rivers job.  While we would have liked to finish the job in a more timely manner, and would still like to do so, there are a couple of issues that we would like to point out.  There appears to be some confusion on the materials type that was used on the project.  Post hurricane there was a supply shortage of aluminum; after informing ***************** of the supply issue, she approved the use of wood.  There is still a remaining balance of $600 on the carport construction and $725 for insulating the garage and storage room.  We are still willing and able to complete the project if ***************** would like.

  I am rejecting this response because:
  After hiring another company to finish the job that Frankenstein/**** started there were so many redos because of the incorrect way did and didnt do there job correctly Ive had to spend **** plus dollars to fix all the problems he left for me to finish! As for the insulation of my shed and after I had to redo there 90% of the insulation because it was all falling down and had to put the wardrobe and shelving left in the middle of the room and for me to put back myself @ 75 years old it was almost impossible  also the carport he put up @ that I told him was leaking was never repaired as per the park rule the posts were never covered this is only part of so many more problems

  He was very good not to say anything in writing the only thing that was verbal was in a text very upset when I told him about the shotty workmenship  in the shed which I asked him to come and look @ it which he never did not until 2 weeks later after I had finished there undone job my self the jobs unfinished he would say he was comming on a certain day @ almost never showd just one excuse after excuse only to find out he was doing several other jobs in the area @ finishing some after months of waiting I finally gave up on him since he had got most of the my  money I guess he could buy his supplies for the other customers that wasnt dumb as I was to pay him first Ive got a bill from another contractor that finished the work that was done wrong
