We moved from ** to ********** to a new home on a freshwater canal. I contacted WB because I was interested in putting in a small dock for kayaks or a very small boat. WB rep came out spent less than 30 min looking at the seawall & told me what he'd recommend. I subsequently received a proposal for a large dock with a lift, way more elaborate than I had discussed. WB came back with a proposal more consistent with my goal. I signed the contract but had to go their office to provide the down payment. at which time I told the rep I was headed directly to a medical appt and couldn't linger to discuss the proposal. My medical appt resulted in a diagnosis the required surgery and precluded my use of a dock. I immediately contacted ** told them of the situation and requested my deposit be refunded. That was 3/23/22, I never heard back from them despite many phone calls & e-mails until 11/3 when I received an E-mail stating there would be no refund.Their work involved two computer drawings which probably required $100 of *************** you are considering them beware because if anything goes wrong you can expect a really *********** response. no wonder they are not BB acredited.

Had our roof replaced in May2020. It was such an unpleasant experience, They did not show up to work many times and never called to let us know. They did not supervise the crew . We had loose shingles and holes in our screened cage. Took many calls and repeated dates to inspect the problems. Finally a 2 person team came to replace the screens . It was obvious that they did not know what they were doing. The screen sagged and on the same day storm winds ripped up the replaced screens. Repeated calls again before an experienced screen contractor was sent
After completion a supervisor called us to pick up final payment within hours. When I complained again about the poor customer service they blamed it on Covid. Like an office person could not return calls because of Covid. Really? After months I was so relieved the job was complete.
But no the Nightmare continued. Upon returning to Florida we found that the new roof leaked behind the master bathroom wall . We now had a mold problem and the bathroom had to be renovated. They sent their subcontractor for the job. The renovation took months , workers not showing up or working for a few hours per day. Many issues with the work. Plus we purchased the new mirror, faucets, cabinet hardware with the understanding that we would be reimbursed the difference of our cost for a higher grade counter top. My husband did the faucet hookup, hardware insulation and installed the mirror we were so frustrated it was taking so long The subcontractor's supervisor never came back to see the finished renovation. ********** brothers never called to check if the job was done before paying their contractor
We are out $200.00 ( cost of the new mirror) . Our old mirror was trashed Many calls / messages and excuses from ********** Brothers we have not received our money. My last call to ********** I requested a return phone call once they spoke with the subcontractor. I am still waiting for the call and my money that is owed.
