I made a order on June 1, 2024 for a 2023 ****** Corolla Manual, and 2023 ****** Corolla car mats, the total purchase price $94.97. I had just purchased a new car, when I picked up my car there was a manual in it. I emailed the company to cancel the 2023 ****** Corolla manual from my order. I did receive a email that they canceled my order. So I have sent numerous follow up emails to see if they where still shipping the mats. I have not gotten any more replies to any of my emails. I also have not received any refund for the manual or car mats. Now their web site is down and the I just keep sending emails hoping for some response.Initial Complaint

I ordered a pair of headlights for my car, they were labelled 2012-2016 ****** Impreza Crosstrek Black LED Tube Projector Headlights on the AutobookZ website but can be found simply by typing ****** Impreza headlights. The transaction was made on May 12 and on May 16 I recieved an email from *********************, parts manager with autobookz. He stated that the part was on back order and would issue a refund and it would take 2-9 days. Then nine days later with no refund money i emailed **** back on May 25 to follow up. He responded promptly after and said he would share the information with his supervisor BUT they recently received new stock of the part i ordered and to let him know if i wanted to proceed with the order. I did told **** that id like him to proceed and he said he would proceed with the order and id get carrier and tracking info soon. That was on May 28 and since then, even with many follow-up emails, ive STILL received no response, no carrier or tracking info, or any response emails even AFTER mentioning legal action (ive sent absolutely no angry emails) the order was exactly $279.99. No tax was calculated or shipping was calculated or included in payment. Ive been trying to work with this company for about a month now, and attempting consistently to follow up with them has been exhausting and it seems like they're ghosting my emails and avoiding my refund. I even went to their support email on their website, entered a ticket, and described my situation, that was five days ago from June 9. I entered a new chat with them this morning under a new name and email address to see if they were blacklisting me and im waiting to see what their response is. I really hope to hear from either you or them soon!
