Straight-line Painting owner **** promised us that its company was professional, timely, and would do an exceptional job. We hired it to paint our exterior house, remove the existing paint from our porch, and repaint it. **** workers left the red paint that stained our walkway, steps, and pavement. **** promised he would be back to powerwash the stained areas but never returned. He had the nerve to answer the phone, saying he was on vacation and would take care of it Saturday when he returned. That never happened. **** workers did not cover our plants or hedges, leaving paint and debris, sandpaper discs, and paint flakes in the mulch. We had to hire someone to clean up and remove the red stains. We also contacted Angie's list, where we got the referral from Angie's list and reached out to Mr. **** for a resolution and a refund of 1200 dollars, but he declined to correct his botched job. We work hard for our money, and contractors like this should never be able to obtain a license to do any business. Mr. **** will be opening a restaurant on Girard Ave. My family and friends will not be patronizing it. Don't use this painting company. He is not a man of his work and does a horrible job. We are pursuing this to the fullest as citizens of America, and this must be stopped. Honesty and integrity from contractors must be maintained, and Straighline Painting LLC has none. These pictures do not do justice to the horrible stained red paint left behind by this company's BEWARE.
