I was refered to Gator Plumbing by Choice Home Warranty. They showed up, I gave the the required $85. The tech said he couldn't fix the faucet and I had to order parts from Moen. So, 9 days later, without a kitchen faucet, the parts arrived, I called Gator and they came out. Well, the tech came out and said that there was something wrong with the internal faucet and needs a New Faucet. I called Moen and they overnighted the faucet. Now, Gator Plumbing would not come back out until I agreed to pay them another $85. Well, now I have had no kitchen faucet for 9 days, parts of the faucet laying on the counter, and Dan, The Boss, refused to come out until I agreed to the additional $85. After calling the office and protesting they sent me to Dan and and I protested to him and he stood his ground. They took advantage of my situation thinking I would cave. THAT IS CALLED A SCAM AND I WOULD NEVER EVER LET THEM IN MY HOUSE AGAIN. The Boss, Dan has no customer business sense at all and is rude and dictatorial. I don't see a future for Gator Plumbing. BTW, I called a friend of mine and he installed the faucet in 30 minutes.Review from Flafire

We called American Home Shield to fix a couple of problems in our house and they sent over Gator Drain and Plumbing. They came over and tried to fix our toilet and he said we had an old and the flush unit he put in was not right but he did not have the right one because ours was old, so he told us if we want to flush the toilet we had to hold down the lever all the way until all the water was out! He also was to fix our shower nut said he did not have the right valve. He said he would order it. AFTER a month went by we called AHS and they told me it was closed. We told them what had happened and they got back to us and told us that Gator was no longer part of AHS. We called Gator and asked why they did not call us and tell us and they said they left Gator right after our appointment, and it was not up to them to finish the Job!
