Early in May 2021 The owner, Brian, Texts me and says he has a crew at my house but nobody is home. I go outside and his employees are sitting in the street. I go out in the driveway and they see me standing there but do not get out of the truck. I walk up to the truck and the driver says he needs the first half of my payment before they can start. I paid them and they started to work. I go out a couple of hours later and they are gone. The potable water is hooked up but the reclaimed water pipe is only run half way. The crew cut a sprinkler pipe and one zone didn't work. On May 17th I contact Brian and tell him about the sprinkler pipe. May 24 I tell Brian my yard is dieing and a plumber is going to fix the leak for $100. Brian says there is a crew on the way. After they left I check the system and now there are three leaks. I again contacted Brian and he said he will send them back on May 25th. They didn't call they didn't show up. On May 26th I fixed the leaks myself because the yard was almost dead and texted Brian I should charge him $300 to fix my own pipes. Brian called back and said his crew would return on Monday May 31st to finish the job. They didn't show up and they didn't call. Friday June 18th I texted Brian with no response. Wednesday June 23rd contacted Brian. Brian promised to have the crew at my house. They didn't call and they didn't show up. July 15th contacted Brian and he did not know who I was or that we even had a contract. Brian came to house and inspected the work. He said his crew would be at my house the following afternoon. He called in the morning and said his crew could not make it and they would be there the following morning. They following day no crew and no phone call. This was at least four times someone was supposed to come to work on my system and nobody showed up and no phone call. I texted Brian and asked for my money back since he did not seem to be able to complete the work. Brian called and promised to get the crew to my house on Monday. The crew showed up and hooked up the sewer line and finished the water line. A crew member said they could not finish the job because the person that empties the septic tank did not come and they had no dirt to fill in the tank. They returned several days later and worked on the sewer. The crew was still loading equipment when Brian came to the door and asked for the final check. He said they had finished the sewer work, cleaned up the yard and filled in the holes in the yard. Unfortunately I took him at his word. In the back yard I found three holes, used pipe all over the yard and the main sprinkler line to the pressure tank was cut from when the had hooked up the reclaimed water. I had dealt with Brian as much as I wanted to so I finished the job myself. At least four times Brian gave a date and time for his crew to show up. They did not call and they did not show up. Up to now they system seems to work but it took quite an effort on my part to get them to do the job.
