Laguna Blue Pools is servicing my pool in Cape Coral Florida. I live in Detroit Michigan primarily. They are supposed to be trusted to handle my pool and water in the pool. I got a $1,500 water bill because they left my water running when attempting to add water to pool. The owner Chris admitted to knowing his employee left the water running for a whole week which caused the bill to be this much. In the same breath said that he and his company have no responsibility for the bill. He raised his voice so loud at me that my son could hear him and I did not have phone on speaker. There had been no issues with re filling water on our timer we had on the hose, they recently changed the employee that handled our pool from a Nick to Mario, and it is there word vs ours (we are not there) wether there were issues with timer or the employees negligence. As stated there has never been an issue with the timer when Nick used it. Regardless when an employee is going to put water on from a timer and leave house, prior to this they should test the timer works (i.e. while cleaning pool put the timer on for 10 minutes to make sure it shuts off) This company cost me $1,500 and screamed at me when I called to inquire about it, very unprofessional.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/22) */ We followed the customers request to add water to the pool on a timer she provided. Her timer malfunctioned and did not turn off. We are not responsible for the malfunctioning of customer provided equipment. We only add water to pools on timers at the written request of customers. The only unprofessional person is the customer who yelled and used profanity at our office staff. She threatened to "ruin our reputation on line" and continues to post false accounts of the incident. We followed her instructions on good faith but now are being unfairly blamed for an unfortunate faulty customer provided water timer.
