Approximately 4 months ago, our pool service company, Southwest Pool Supply, sent a new representative to service our pool. They do weekly maintenance and service for us. We have been a customer for almost 3 years. The fee is $80 per month. The new rep they sent obviously didnt know anything about our pool, as he was treating it as a chlorine pool when in fact it is a salt water infinity pool. He then broke off the molded safety catch of the cartridge filter housing on the pool equipment. I immediately contacted the office to report the damage as the rep left without talking to us about it. The office assured me that the manager would call me to remedy the issue. After several weeks I again began calling the manager. It took a month or more for her to return my call and she assured me they would replace it. To date it has not been replaced and they will not answer my calls. The part costs over $350. They are however increasing their service rates due to fuel costs which I am not paying until they replace the safety part they broke. Please assist us in resolving this issue.
