    I ordered 652 books to be printed by Comic Impressions on February 4th. I paid $2657.39 in advance, knowing that a balance payment would need to be made upon delivery. On February 15th CI confirmed my order and gave me an estimate for the balance. I was expecting to see printed proofs of the books, but there was some miscommunication where Rich from CI claimed to have lost all his emails and they were never printed. On March 8th, I was sent an invoice for $300 more than the advertised price, I refused to pay it, they sent me a revised invoice for the advertised price and I paid it on March 10th. The shipment arrived on March 21st, and did not include 300 of the books. I emailed them that night and called in the morning, but they completely ignored my complaint until March 31, at which point they denied all responsibility, claiming that it was my fault for putting the order into their website incorrectly. There were other problems too, like the books were printed in the wrong size and the laminated covers were damaged, but they refused to acknowledge them. They offered me a 50% discount on a reorder, but I would like either the missing product or a refund for the value of those missing books ($787).
