This is the company to contact if you have a major hurricane or a significant homeowners claim. My only regret is that I did not contact them initially.Having worked as an insurance agent in the past, I thought I could depend on the system and communicate directly with the insurance carrier. However, I was consistently undervalued and had to constantly correct their misinformation about the property, the damage, and start the process all over again because of frequent changes in claims handlers, which led to sloppiness and communication issues.I finally got fed up, went to a friend who referred me to R&K. ******* and ******* at R&K did a great job in putting some fire back into my claim from Hurricane *** and essentially documenting and guiding my claim to a 60% increase. Yes, depending on your situation it can be a long process, but this was the best way for us to fight back and also move on. Thank you R&K

After Hurricane ***, we had no idea where to turn to get a professional advocate for insurance restitution. A client of RK*M spoke highly of ******************* and gave us their phone #. ******************* have extended experience in working with insurance companies during weather disasters. With that knowledge and experience, they started working on the other side of the equation - for the property owners who were traumatized with the disasters. We believe they have a unique background of knowledge and experience that prepared them to be the perfect advocates. We appreciate the time that ************ spent carefully checking every damage detail so he could present a thorough report to our insurance company. We are certain that no one else would have provided that level of service.Being inundated with salesmen since retiring to *******, it has been refreshing that the ****** were one of very few examples who actually cared about us as homeowners and about restoring our home to pre-hurricane condition.RK&M Claims Consulting Inc. Long process but worth the wait RK&M made the ***************** pay up despite their reluctance to do so with their one sided Appraisers. Communication could have been better but understandable with all the claims from Hurricane ***. In the end, RK&M presented their case and won with a third party Arbitrator / Umpire. Happy we chose RK&M to represent us. Could have been settled a lot sooner if the ***************** cooperated earlier in the process, but this was expected.Review from Wendy B

**** and his crew at RKM are awesome. They were able to resolve my claim satisfactorily. It took almost a year of diligent effort on all of our parts but we finally got 'er done! That was a true Miracle because ************************ is very very tough to deal with. we went for two or three months where they were completely ghosting us but then we threw them a 30-day notice we intended to put a roof on and that woke them the **** up! So bottom line is that RKM was successful with a company that is almost impossible to deal with. Also I want to say that the actual people who work there were very nice: ******* was sweet, **** was a real fun Southern gentleman and ***** was the awesome and caring Sales Rep who went out of his way to deliver the check to me. This is the only public adjuster I would recommend. Look no further! Their reasonable fee (only paid if they suceed) was well worth it too because without their help, there would be no celebration! I would have failed if I tried to "do it myself". This whole Success Story has really put me in the Christmas Spirit ! A+++Review from Eric C

We were $20,000 in the hole after Hurricane ***. RK&M worked with us to get us the money our insurance company owed us from our policy. Id recommend them to anyone. Their fee is a small percentage and they dont get paid unless you do. Really great people who are clearly on YOUR side!Review from Darchelle B

Everyone I encountered on the team was professional and nice. They worked quickly to get my home fixed right after the devastation of Hurricane ***. I have no idea of what the outcome would have been with my insurance company if I had not chosen to go with a public adjuster, but I heard horror stories from other people. This was my first time using a public adjuster (and though I hope its my last), I would use them again!Review from Richard R

They saved ** during the most stressful time. We were referred by a neighbor after *** hit and Im SO HAPPY they sent ***** our savior. The literally walk you through everything. We never would have been able to do this without them. For the minimal fee it was worth every *****. My wife is a retired magistrate of 20 yrs and. Im a business owner we were fairly new to ** and didnt know who we could trust, I have recommended them to everyone we know because they were simply the best!
