The worst salesman ever.He took my deposit of $1500.00 .I asked him if I get my deposit back if the *** of cypress Falls did not approve the ARC request.I was told I would get the deposit back.He also told me that they get the permits to do the work.I find out 7 months later from the town of ********** that there was no permit.I had to have all the work done removed to close the case.All the work done was wrong.Slider windows were the wrong size. He held the deposit over our head because he ordered the windows without the approval.I called several times to tell him not to order the windows.He did it anyway.He said he would now keep the deposit and *** me for the difference.Worst business ever.Do not do business with this company.I now have windows in my garage that I can not ever use to protect my lanai.I would like all my money back.

We submitted your *** packet on 2-20-2023. On 2-27-2023 we ordered your windows (THE MIDDLE OF HURRICANE *** REPAIR WORK) . Your windows did not arrive until 7-27-2023.  You had 3+ months to call us and tell us the *** did not approve of the packet. In fact, you did not inform us of this until your windows had arrived. 

At that point you told me that they said they were not approving the work. I told you that since the windows had been delivered, I would not be able to refund your deposit, but I would let you cancel the installation and not have to pay me any more money. I even told you that if you did that, you could keep the windows in case you worked it out with them.

After that conversation you told me that you wanted to install the windows, and that you were going to fight the ***, because other CONDOS had the same work done. I said okay, and we installed them. The sliders fit perfectly. The only issue was that the wrong tracks came with the windows, so we switched them out for free after the initial installation on 7-27-23. You also paid me the remaining balance on your contract, which shows you were a willing participant in this installation. 

I did not know I needed a permit. We were only installing windbreakers on 1 side of the lanai, not fully enclosing it. So I didn't think we needed a permit for that. As I told you on the phone, I will gladly pull one for you no problem. 

Here we are 6 months later, and it appears you have lost the battle with the ***. I'm not sure why you are blaming me for your loss. You paid me the deposit, and you paid me to do the installation. You can not claim that I held you hostage. You asked me to do this project. 

But, you told us that you were going to be selling the home. So I offered to remove the windows for you for free, and then install them at your next home, for free. I was trying to find a compromise with you. You responded by saying you are taking me to small claims, and then hung up the phone. 

The offer stands if you change your mind.

This is in response to the letter from Precision Aluminum. Everything thing he has said is a total lie.He came here on Feb 2nd not the 20th.He then ordered the windows on the 27th.We told him and the salesman not to order anything until approval from the *** witch takes around 45 days.We have never agreed to anything he writes here.We payed him because he said we had no choice.This would not be a case if they did not order the windows in the first place.The windows never fit in the first place.They butchered them to put them in.He did not even check to see if he needed a permit.We were told on the first day all paperwork would be handled..All these months later town of ********** came out to inspect because no permit was filed.After all these months it is on him because if he did the right thing and not ordered the windows like it was stipulated until *** approval none of this would happened.We are now out $4687.00 dollars and the frames and windows are at the dump.He should know what he did was wrong but he did it anyway.Is that anyway to run a business?
