            Im writing about a new metal roof job on my house following a hurricane. I signed a contract on 12/03/2022 for a new roof. Proposed start date late March to early April. Didn't start till end of April. Did 95 percent of work but stopped due to running out of roof panels to finish. They only need 3 roof panels to finish the job. It's been a month now waiting on those panels , but they keep giving me the run around on delivery dates. They were supposed to be delivered on Friday the 26th of May but weren't. I keep getting promises and excuses, but no action. I keep calling or texting the sales rep *************************** , his phone number is ************ and get different answers for the delay. He is the project manager .The job costs $54,775.00 which I've already paid $6680.00 , my deductible. The company says they always order more material then needed to complete the job so that they don't run out and have to stop work? They obviously didn't do that for me and I've been waiting over a month for 3 measly panels for them to finish the job. Hurricane season starts on June 1st and my roof isn't finished within 2 months of proposed start date. They did 95 percent of the job in 3 days. Now they are leaving me hanging for over a month for only 3 panels. I can't even get insurance on my house till the roof is done. I've told the sales rep that a month ago and here we are just days away from the start of hurricane season with an incomplete job. Please help as I'm getting no where with them myself.

            We needed our roof replaced after hurricane ***. We spoke with many roofing companies. Most were very confusing, couldn't give a good estimate, had a lot of extra cost hidden in contacts,& frankly made the whole process very stressful. We were ready to throw our hands up& just pick one and pray for the best. I had posted my frustrations on social media. That's when a friend recommended Infinity Roofing. She had just used them for a roof replacement. She told me to call "****" and he would answer any questions we had& make it a smooth process if we picked Infinity. I went ahead& gave them a call. I am surely glad we did!!!When **** came out to give us an estimate he was a breath of fresh air. He was a down to earth guy who didn't seem like he was trying to make a quick sale. He was kind, and patient. He answered all our questions. He wasn't pushy. His contract was straight forward. He agreed to work with our insurance company & another agency we were dealing with.We agreed to hire Infinity Roofing. They said it may be about three weeks until they came out (they had a lot of work due to the hurricane that hit our area). However, they were out in a week and a half! Our roof was completed in two days. There were no surprise charges. They were very honest. They were able to get our gutters replaced as well though our insurance at no cost to us! They were very familiar with codes and requirements.**** was very on top of things! He dealt with our insurance company so we didn't have to stress. He kept us in the loop during the whole process! ***** in the office was also a big help. She made sure the other agency we were working with had everything they needed. She was in charge of a lot of the financial parts of the process from my understanding.We now have a beautiful roof& new gutters that add value and safety to our home. We are thankful we were referred to Infinity Roofing. We are very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them!
