This company mows the grass in my ***** home park ****************** They weed wack around the outside of the home and shed. Several months ago the outside pipes had a small leak in it. I had a plumber come out to fix it and he showed me several lines cut across the pipe where the weed wackier had constantly hit the pipe and put a hole in it. I paid for this repair, then 3 weeks ago the pipe had another leak below where it had been fixed and you could see where the glue had been scraped off by the weed wackier. I called the company and told them about it and they said they would send someone out to look at it the next week. No one came. The next week I heard a loud noise when the mower went by my air conditioner unit. When I went out to look at it some of the bricks had come out from under the unit. I called the company again and they asked me to send them pictures. One of the supervisors stopped by and took pictures himself and said he would send them to his supervisor.I then got a call from Joshua, he said that the leak in the pipe was just a crack from being old. I told him what the plumber had said and the pictures were blurry because the water was spraying out. When I asked what he was going to do about the ac unit that was now not level, he said if his mowers had hit it there would have been more damage. I told him they hit the bricks and he said put them back under it. I told him I cant pick it back up.Business response

Joshua Tree mows the yard at Lake Fairways here in North Fort Myers. One of their employees hit our homes central air unit, they hit the unit so hard they moved the entire unit and it's base pad about 6-8" away from the house, tearing the screws that mount the flashing to the house out and broke/cracked the pad the unit sits on. When we first called them, they accepted responsibility. Now a week later they oy want to pay for SOME of the 1000 dollar damage to this 5 year old unit. I think they should stick to tree trimming.i want them to pay for the damages they created!Business response
