I hired custom upholstery and drapery *** in early Sept when I paid a $500 deposit, hurricane *** came through and I spoke to them once and now their phones are disconnected and receiving no response to emailsInitial Complaint

I dropped off a boat cushion to be repaired on September 12th, 2022. I was told it would take a week or two to complete the repair. As of September 28th, 2022 the work was still not completed and a hurricane hit us which caused damage to their building causing them to close. I received a voice message at the end of October that said they were moving to a new location and my work would be completed there. They are no longer answering their phone and their voicemail box is full. I would like the repairs completed or a refund and my damaged cushion back.Initial Complaint

I paid in full for custom valances for my home in August of 2022. I was told on several occasions that my order was complete and they would be contacting my for installation. After hurricane ******** again was able to contact them and they assured me that my order would be filled and we are now in the middle of December 2022 and they have not responded nor can they be reached by email or phone. I have attempted to contact them many times and sent images of my payment confirmation and they have vanished with my money. Please help me get a full refund.
