I was looking for a car detail service to have one of our cars detailed. The job was going to be a birthday gift for a family member. The birthday was in Nov '23, but it took me 2 months to find someone who came highly recommended. I first communicated with owner via his website. I sent an inquiry and he quickly responded. I asked additional questions after his initial response, and he again quickly responded. Everything sounded great so I scheduled the appointment a couple weeks down the road. I received a heads up email the day before the appointment as a reminder and then again, the morning of the appointment. The owner & another individual showed up a little early on the date agreed to, which was no problem at all. He arrived with a trailer attached to his truck, so he had all the necessary tools to do a professional job. Oh, before I forget, I booked a specific job on their website and when the owner arrived, he told me my car was in great shape and the package I picked was really designed for a car needing lots of attention (at least 4 hrs.); he told me my car only needed the standard package (2 hrs., thus saving me $$) and didn't want to overcharge me. Folks, it's refreshing to find someone like the owner who's honest and trustworthy. I thanked him and agreed to go with the standard package. This guy will have all my future detailing business, and I'll sing his praises to all my family, friends, and community neighbors. Back to my car and his work. ******** assistant took a good 2 hours working nonstop on my car. I'd periodically check on their progress and was impressed with everything they did, inside and out. My car is 4 years old, and although it's in good condition with low mileage, when they finished with it, it looked like it had just come off the showroom floor. What can I say, other than I highly recommend J's Auto Spa. After I finish with this review, I'm booking their service again for another one of my cars. Try him out, you won't be disappointed.
