I became in contact with ******************** ****** in regards to an *** business creation that she would create for me. On January 22nd I transferred $480 to her Business Zelle account as she confirmed she received it and will start working on the business and *** number creation. The $1 and $389 was for the *** creation and the $90 was for the *** number creation. On January 26th I had asked if the process was started and she told me that she did start the creation of this business and that is should take 15 to 20 days. I checked in again on February 10th and she repeated that it takes 20 days therefore there is no update. I contacted her once again of February 27th and received no answer until I texted again on February 28th and she responds by saying there is still no information but she will let me know once there is. I contacted her once again on March 25th asking for an update where I received no answer so I message her again on April 1st asking for a response. That is when she said she was in court and unable to check her phone but she will check on it when she gets back into the office. I texted again every day from April 2nd-4th where I received no response. I sent more messages asking for a response on April 8th as well as today April 11th and have yet to receive a response. After seeing that she is ignoring me I went on to Sunbiz.org to check the status of the business and finding out it was never in the process of being created. After a quick ****** ****, I learned she is active on her social yet not responding to her own clients, as well as the fact that she has messed up the business of others by not doing her job as promised. So at this point she is not a responsible business owner since she receives the payments but doesn't do the work. I would like a refund as I do not trust her to create my business and for a review about her on BBB.org. I am also worried since she has our Social Security and personal info and don't know what she may do with it.
